摘　　要：基于跨学科合作模型的视角,采用定量研究及质性研究相结合的混合研究设计,对社区卫生服务中心安宁疗护病区跨学科团队成员进行为期11个月的干预与评估,探索安宁疗护本土化团队合作方式。该模型应用后的评估结果显示,安宁疗护团队成员在模型中全部维度上均有明显改善,且模型的应用促进了团队成员对医务社工角色的认同。跨学科合作模型对提高安宁疗护跨学科团队合作功能具有一定成效,能够为我国现阶段社区卫生服务中心安宁疗护跨学科团队合作提供理论参考。Based on the model for interdisciplinary collaboration,a mixed research design combining quantitative method and qualitative method was conducted among interdisciplinary team members in the hospice care center of the community health service center for 11 months.By intervention and evaluation of the team,this research explored the effective way of hospice interdisciplinary collaboration.The evaluation results after the application of the model showed that the members of the hospice interdisciplinary team had improved significantly in all dimensions in the model.And the application of the model had promoted team members'cognition of medical social workers.The interdisciplinary cooperation model had a significant effect on improving the team cooperation of hospice and could provide a theoretical reference for the current interdisciplinary team cooperation of hospice care in community health service centers in China.
