摘　　要：《寓意草》一改以往医案“症状-方药”静态体式,以医文并茂、夹叙夹议的新思路实现了“议病-辨证-遣方-治人”的动态叙事考量。喻昌基于整体视角,进行叙事分析:谨守病机,详述病史;基于医者的主体视角,展开叙事反思:以“我”为主,释放情感;基于患者的客体视角,承担叙事见证:详尽“他”事,厘清实际;基于“儒释”文化的精神视角,表达叙事技巧:文采流芳,情理交融。聚焦《寓意草》叙事考量艺术,以期为平行病历书写、叙事医案教学提供思路。Yu Yi Cao changed the static style of"symptom-prescription"in the past medical records,and presented in a dynamic narrative way of"disease discussion-syndrome differentiation-prescription of medicine-disease treatment".It was a total new presentation with both literature and comments in it.Based on the overall perspective,Yu Chang illuminated narrative analysis by taking pathogenesis seriously and detailing case history;based on the subject perspective of doctor,Yu Chang carried out narrative reflection by taking"me"as main guidance and releasing emotion;based on the object perspective of patient,he undertook the narrative witness by describing others in detail and clarifying the reality;based on the spiritual perspective of"Confucianism and Buddhism"culture,he expressed the mingle of affection and intellect by using literary skills.This paper focuses on narrative consideration of Yu Yi Cao in order to provide ideas for parallel medical record writing and narrative medical case teaching.
