摘  要:节段拼装制梁是利用移动支架造桥机在墩顶组拼预制梁段,原位张拉成桥,先"化整为零"后"化零为整"的一种施工方法。以蒙华铁路汾河特大桥64 m节段拼装简支箱梁施工为背景,详细介绍了重载铁路64 m节段拼装简支箱梁分批张拉方案的对比选择和施工技术,可供同类结构施工参考借鉴。Simply-supported beam is a construction method in which the mobile support bridge building machine is used to assemble the precast beam section at the top of pier,and the bridge is formed by in-situ tensioning,and the bridge is first divided into parts and then divided into parts.Based on the construction of 64 m section of Fenhe Extra-large Bridge of Menghua Railway,this paper introduces in detail the comparison and selection of batch tensioning scheme and construction technology of 64 m section of assembled simply supported box girder,which can be used for reference in the construction of similar structures.
