摘　　要："1+X"证书制度已经实施三轮,92个证书获得试点。通过对现有"1+X"证书制度实施文献的回顾,建立了"1+X"证书制度实施效果评价体系,利用多层级模糊综合评价法和AHP法对评价体系进行了验证,结果与事实基本相符合,证明了该评价体系的有效性,最后针对"1+X"证书制度实施提出了建议。The"1+X"certificate system has been implemented for three rounds,and 92 certificates have been piloted. Through the review of the existing"1+X"certificate system implementation documents,the"1+X"certificate system implementation effect evaluation system was established,and the evaluation system was verified by the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the AHP method,the basical consistency of results and facts proved the effectiveness of the evaluation system. Finally the paper put forward suggestions for the implementation of the"1+X"certificate system.
