摘 要:目的观察比较富士Ⅱ玻璃离子(GCFujiⅡ)及两种Z350树脂(3MZ350树脂、Z350流体树脂)对牙体楔状缺损的充填效果及微渗漏程度。方法收集2015年9月—2017年9月我院诊治的牙体楔状缺损患者91例(共274颗患牙)的资料并进行回顾性分析。根据修复牙体材料不同分为GCFujiⅡ组86例(采用GCFujiⅡ修复)、3MZ350组95例(采用3MZ350通用型树脂修复)、Z350流体组93例(采用Filtek^(TM) Z350XT流体树脂修复)。治疗后12、18个月,观察并比较3组修复成功率、微渗漏程度及边缘缝隙宽度。结果治疗后18个月,Z350流体组修复成功率高于GCFujiⅡ组(P<0.05)。治疗后12、18个月,3组整体微渗漏情况比较差异有统计学意义(Z=61.234、31.889,P<0.01);治疗后12个月,Z350流体组微渗漏0、Ⅰ级比例高于GCFujiⅡ组,Ⅱ、Ⅲ级比例低于GCFujiⅡ组(P<0.01);治疗后18个月,3MZ350组微渗漏Ⅰ级比例高于GCFujiⅡ组,Ⅲ级比例低于GCFujiⅡ组(P<0.01)。治疗后12、18个月,GCFujiⅡ组的边缘缝隙宽度较3MZ350组和Z350流体组更宽(P<0.01)。结论随着时间延长,Z350流体树脂的修复效果强于GCFujiⅡ,且其引起的微渗漏及边缘裂隙更小,可作为理想的牙体修复材料。Objective To observe and compare filling effect and microleakage degrees of Fuji II glass ion(GCFujiⅡ)and two kinds of Z350 resin(3 MZ350 resin and Z350 fluid resin)materials in restoration of wedge-shaped tooth defect.Methods Clinical data of 91 patients with wedge-like defects(274 teeth)during September 2015 and September 2017 was retrospectively analyzed.According to different materials of dental restoration,they were divided into GCFujiⅡgroup(n=86,repaired with GCFujiⅡ),3MZ350 group(n=95,repaired with 3MZ350 nanoresin)and Z350 fluid group(n=93,repaired with Filtek^(TM )Z350XT fluid resin).Success rates of repair,microleakage degrees and width values of marginal gap in the 12 th and 18 th months after treatment were observed and compared among three groups.Results Success rate of repair in Z350 fluid group was significantly higher than that in GCFujiⅡgroup in the 18 th months after treatment(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the whole microleakage degrees in the 12 th and 18 th months after treatment among three groups(Z=61.234 and 31.889,P<0.01).In Z350 fluid group,microleakage ratios of grade 0 andⅠwere significantly higher,while microleakage ratios of gradeⅡandⅢwere significantly lower than those in GCFujiⅡgroup in the 12 th month after treatment(P<0.01).In 3MZ350 group,microleakage ratio of gradeⅠwas significantly higher,while microleakage ratio of gradeⅢwas significantly lower than those in GCFujiⅡgroup in the 18 th month after treatment(P<0.01).Width value of marginal gap in GCFujiⅡgroup was larger than those in 3MZ350 and Z350 fluid groups in the 12 th and 18 th months after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion The repair effect of Z350 fluid resin is better than that by GCFujiⅡwith prolonging time,and microleakage degree and width values of marginal gap caused by Z350 fluid resin are smaller,and therefore it may be used as an ideal dental restoration material.
