摘　　要：高校意识形态工作的重要性不言而喻,关系到培养社会主义事业合格建设者和接班人。高校意识形态工作面临的挑战有:思想多元、社会转型、信息化时代等带来的外部环境挑战,以及主流意识形态话语主体影响力不足、内容说服力不强、渗透性有待进一步加强、话语平台利用不充分等带来的内部挑战。对策有:提升主流话语平台的影响力;转变宣传平台的传播方式,增强主流话语的吸引力;整合宣传平台形成合力,提升意识形态话语氛围的感染力。The ideological work in universities is vital.It takes on the mission of training qualified socialist builders and successors.There are two challenges for ideological work in universities.One is the external environmental challenges brought about by pluralistic thinking,social transformation and the information age,and the other is internal challenges caused by the insufficient influence of mainstream ideological discourse subjects,flimsy content,inadequate penetration as well as the underutilization of discourse platforms.Three countermeasures are offered to enhance the influence of mainstream discourse platforms,to transform the way mass media convey messages so as to enhance the attractiveness of mainstream discourses,and to integrate publicity platforms to form synergies so as to boost the appeal of ideological discourse atmosphere.
