摘　　要：从医务工作者角度分析了医生顺应性对诊疗决策的影响及其表现形式,探讨了医生顺应性产生的原因,依据临床案例和医学研究成果,阐述了医生顺应性对医生诊疗决策方向、水平及诊疗效果的影响。提出了如何正确认识并防范医生不良顺应性对诊疗决策影响的建议与意见。倡导作为医生应该不断提高医生顺应性对诊疗决策的影响的认识,在诊疗决策中,坚持做到病人至上、科学严谨、实事求是、精益求精、廉洁淳良,为每一位病人做出最佳的诊疗方案。This article analyzed the influence of doctors'compliance on diagnosis and medical treatment decision-making from the perspective of medical staff.Based on clinical cases and medical research results,the causes of doctors'compliance were discussed.This article expounded on the influence of doctors'compliance on decision-making direction,medical level and treatment effect.Suggestions and opinions on correct understanding and prevention of bad compliance influence were put forward.We advocate that doctors should constantly improve their understandings of the impact of doctors'compliance on diagnosis and treatment decisions.To make the best treatment plan for each patient,health professionals need to persist in giving priority of patient interests,scientifically rigorous,seeking truth from facts,striving for perfection,and being honest in diagnosis and making best clinical decisions.
