摘　　要：以外科医生的视角解释顺应性及医生顺应性的含义,阐述医生顺应性产生的原因、背景及意义等。列举实例说明医生顺应性在诊疗过程中,特别是在诊断、用药以及手术等方面,会产生消极与积极的影响,提出要辩证地看待医生顺应性这一特性,并列举部分当前医疗实践中可以有效降低医生顺应性消极影响的切实可行方案。最后总结全文,对今后医疗科技进步过程中可能会出现的降低医生顺应性消极影响的技术与手段提出展望。This paper explains the definition of compliance and doctors'compliance from the perspective of surgeons,then it explains the reasons,background and significance of doctors'compliance.Based on specific cases,this paper illustrates the negative and positive influences of doctors'compliance during treatments.It is logical to see doctors'compliance dialectically.Some practical solutions are listed to effectively reduce the negative influences of doctors'compliance.At the end,this paper provides expectations on techniques and methods to reduce the negative influences of doctors'compliance that may appear in the process of medical technology advancement in the future.
