摘  要:目的:通过分析整合抑郁症的神经生物学机制,并结合运动锻炼的调控作用,系统地整理运动锻炼改善抑郁症的神经生物学机制。方法:通过PubMed和ScienceDirect等网站中搜索关键词"exercise""depression""neurotrophic factors""HPA axis""immune system""BDNF""IL-6"等,分析相关文献,综述抑郁症的神经生物学相关机制以及运动锻炼改善抑郁症的神经生物学机制。结果:运动锻炼能够有效调控神经营养因子浓度、糖皮质激素水平、中枢神经系统特定部位的形态结构以及前炎症细胞因子的释放,诱导中枢神经系统海马神经发生,从而有效刺激中枢神经系统。结论:1)运动锻炼通过调节中枢神经系统神经生物学相关机制缓解抑郁症症状;2)建议将运动锻炼作为缓解抑郁症的一种有效干预措施。Objective:By analyzing the neurobiological mechanism of integrating depression,combined with the regulatory effect of exercise,systematically sort out the neurobiological mechanism of exercise to improve depression.Methods:Search the keywords"exercise","depression","neurotrophic factors","HPA axis","BDNF"and"IL-6"in the databases of PubMed and ScienceDirect.The neurobiological mechanisms of depression and exercise to improve depression neurobiological mechanisms were summarized.Results:Exercise can effectively regulate the concentration of neurotrophic factors,glucocorticoid levels,morphological structure of specific parts of the central nervous system and release of pro-inflammatory cytokines,while exercise can also induce hippocampal neurogenesis of the central nervous system,thus effectively stimulate the central nervous system.Conclusion:1)Exercise relieves symptoms of depression by regulating the neurobiology-related mechanisms of the central nervous system;2)exercise is recommended as an effective intervention to alleviate depression.
