摘  要:针对所提出的差动调速型风电机组,利用"弹簧、阻尼、质量"系统,建立其传动系统三轴动力学模型。并基于该模型,建立机组Simulink仿真;在不同风速模型输入下,利用实验平台验证仿真模型与三轴动力学建模方法的正确性。此外,为了更好地分析差动齿轮箱的动力学特性,采用集中参数法,建立差动轮系扭转振动模型;并利用拉格朗日方程,在考虑机组多因素共同作用下,推导其振动微分方程。该研究为后期差动调速型风电机组传动系统动特性的研究打下坚实的理论基础。Aiming at the proposed wind power generation system with speed regulation differential mechanism(SRDM),a triaxial dynamic model of the whole transmission system is established based on the‘spring,damping,mass’ system. Accordingly,a simulation model of SRDM-based wind turbine is built and verified through the experimental platform under three different wind speed inputs. In addition,the accurateness of the simulation model as well as the triaxial dynamic modelling approach are also validated. In order to better analyze the dynamic characteristics of differential gear case in SRDM,the authors establish a torsional vibration model of differential gear case by using the lumped-parameter method. Afterwards,the corresponding vibration differential equations are derived in the case of considering multiple external factors of the proposed wind turbine.
