臭氧油在下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除术后应用效果研究

摘  要:目的观察下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除术后局部涂抹臭氧油的临床效果。方法选取2019年1—9月就诊于南京大学医学院附属口腔医院并拟拔除双侧下颌阻生第三磨牙患者45例,共计患牙90颗。采用随机自身对照的方法,将所有患牙分为臭氧油组和对照组。所有患者均采用微创牙拔除术,术后连续3 d,臭氧油组在手术创面及创面周围涂抹臭氧油,对照组给予抗生素口服。于术后1、3、7 d评估患者疼痛、肿胀、张口受限程度等舒适度相关指标。结果术后1、3、7 d,臭氧油组患者的疼痛及肿胀程度明显低于对照组,臭氧油组患者的张口度明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。结论局部涂抹臭氧油能够有效缓解下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除术后的疼痛、肿胀和张口受限程度。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of topical ozone gel administration on patients after surgery for impacted mandibular third molar surgery.Methods The patients who required removal of bilateral impacted mandibular third molars between January 2019 and September 2019 were included,45 patients and 90 teeth in total.The study was performed using the "Split-mouth method".The study group was assigned for topical ozone gel application,and the control group for systemic antibiotics.3 weeks was maintained between the first and the second extraction.A nurse who was blinded to the study assessed the outcome parameters-pain,swelling and trismus on day 1 st,3 rd and 7 th post-operative days.Results The degree of pain and swelling in ozone gel group on day 1,3 and 7 after tooth extraction were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).The degree of trismus in ozone gel group was significantly better than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Topical ozone gel therapy provides excellent patient comfort following surgical removal of impacted mandibular third molars by effectively reducing the post-operative pain,swelling and trismus.
