摘 要:着眼于内蒙古自治区狭长的地域特性,内蒙古境内高空层气象观测设备布设位置东西跨度很大、业务实际情况、业务人员素质、业务培训及远程培训的现状,探讨开展新形式远程培训的必要性及迫切性。构想培训课程模块,展望利用远程视频授课、"天气雷达定标控制器"及虚拟现实技术驱动远程气象观测业务培训,推进"自主学习、虚拟实训、虚拟考核",无经验业务人员实现自主学习、业务开展预学习,有经验业务人员自由学习、工作中巩固复习等多种方式的气象装备保障理论与实践培训新模式。立足于提升盟(市)及高空层站一线业务人员对高空层气象观测设备的保障维修能力,从而提升维修时效性,并通过业务人员在培训后实际工作中表现评估培训效果以不断优化气象远程开放教育模式。Focusing on the long and narrow geographical characteristics of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,the location of high-altitude meteorological observation equipment in Inner Mongolia has a large east-west span,actual business conditions,business training and remote training status,and explore the necessity and urgency of developing new forms of remote training.Looking forward to using virtual reality technology to drive remote training to achieve"self-learning,virtual training,virtual assessment",new personnel engaged in this business can realize self-directed learning,pre-learning for business development,and experienced business personnel can learn freely and consolidate review at work,etc.A new model of weather equipment support training in multiple ways.Based on improving the ability of the first-line business personnel of the league(city)and high-altitude stations to guarantee the high-altitude observation equipment,thereby improving the timeliness of maintenance.
