摘 要:以中国大学生电动方程式赛车空气动力学套件的天鹅颈支架优化为研究目标,采用有限元方法对其进行受力、强度分析和拓扑优化。在满足大赛规则和强度的要求下获得最终的支架模型,比优化前重量降低了48.67%。赛车通过参加比赛实践验证优化后的支架符合赛事规则和强度要求,这对机械零部件的优化具有参考和借鉴意义。Take the optimization of the swan-neck bracket of FSC racing aerodynamic kit as the research goal.The finite element method is used to perform stress,strength analysis and topology optimization.The final bracket model was obtained under the requirements of the competition rules and strength,which was 48.67%lower than the weight before optimization.By participating in the competition,it is verified that the optimized bracket meets the competition rules and strength requirements.This has reference significance for the optimization of mechanical parts.
