摘 要:目的探讨肺功能锻炼对肺癌术后化疗患者肺功能和癌因性疲乏改善的作用。方法选取2017年6月至2019年12月期间我院呼吸科和肿瘤科住院治疗肺癌术后化疗患者74例,随机分为干预组和对照组各37例。对照组患者予常规干预措施,干预组患者在对照组基础上予以肺功能锻炼,两组患者均干预8周。观察并比较两组患者干预前后肺功能指标和癌因性疲乏指标的变化。结果干预8周后,两组患者肺功能指标FEV1、FEV1/FVC和PEF较前明显上升(P<0.05或P<0.01),且治疗后干预组上升更明显(P<0.05);同时两组患者各个维度PFS-R评分较前明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),且干预组下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论肺功能锻炼用于肺癌术后化疗患者不仅可改善肺功能,而且可缓解癌因性疲乏症状。Objective To investigate the effects of pulmonary function exercise on improving pulmonary function and cancer-related fatigue of postoperative chemotherapy patients with lung cancer.Methods A total of 74 hospitalized patients with postoperative chemotherapy for lung cancer admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the intervention group(n=37)and the control group(n=37).Patients in the control group were treated with conventional intervention measures,while patients in the intervention group were treated with pulmonary function exercise on the basis of the control group.Both groups were intervened for 8 weeks.The changes of pulmonary function indexes and cancer-related fatigue indexes before and after intervention were observed and compared.Results Eight weeks after intervention,the pulmonary function indexes FEV1,FEV1/FVC and PEF in the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention(P<0.05 or P<0.01).And after treatment,the patients in the intervention group increased significantly than those in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,PFS-R scores in all dimensions of patients in the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the decline of patients in the intervention group was decreased than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pulmonary function exercise can not only improve pulmonary function,but also relieve cancer-related fatigue symptoms.
