摘  要:为了筛选猪肚菇2号菌株和5号菌株的最适培养料配方,并选出栽培效益最高的菌株以备后期开发利用,利用上下限约束条件的混料试验方法设计了26个培养料配方,调查各个配方的菌丝满袋时间、商品菇生物学效率、产量及效益。结果表明:配方16最适合猪肚菇2号菌株,表现为菌丝35 d满袋,两潮产量达163.9 g/袋,商品菇生物学效率34.6%,每袋利润0.77元;配方9最适合5号菌株,表现为菌丝35 d满袋,两潮产量达199.3 g/袋,商品菇生物学效率39.9%,每袋利润1.56元;5号菌株的单袋产量及利润高于2号菌株。综合菌丝生长、产量及利润情况,在生产上宜选择猪肚菇5号菌株,其最适合的培养料配方为2.7%玉米芯+49%木屑+25.3%棉籽壳+2.0%玉米粉+18.2%麦皮+2.8%豆粕。In order to screen the most suitable medium formula for strain No.2 and strain No.5 of Panus giganteus(Berk.)Comer,and select the strain with the highest benefit for later development and utilization,26 medium formulas were designed by the mixture test method of upper and lower limit constraints.Mycelium bag filling time,biological efficiency,yield and benefit of commercial mushroom were investigated.The results showed that formula 16 was the most suitable for strain No.2 of Panus giganteus,in which the mycelium was packed in 35 days,the two tide yield was 163.9 g/bag,the biological efficiency of commercial mushroom was 34.6%,and the profit of each bag was 0.77 yuan;formula 9 was the most suitable for strain No.5 of Panus giganteus,in which the mycelium was packed in 35 days,the two tide yield was 199.3 g/bag,the biological efficiency of commercial mushroom was 39.9%,and the profit of each bag was 1.56 yuan.Single bag yield and profit of strain No.5 were higher than those of strain No.2.Based on the growth of mycelium,yield and profit,strain No.5 of Panus giganteus should be selected in the production,the most suitable medium was 2.7%corncob+49%sawdust+25.3%cotton shell+2.0%corn flour+18.2%wheat bran+2.8%soybean meal.
