摘　　要：健康管理学科在我国尚没有形成较为完善的学历教育体系,日益增长的健康管理需求与健康管理学科建设的滞后之间出现了较大的矛盾。如何促进健康管理学科的开展与建设,如何使健康管理学科的核心竞争力有所擢升,是需要认真探讨的重要课题。该文以加强师资队伍建设,推进科研创新发展,建立人才培养机制、增强健康管理示范性基地建设等几个方面进行探讨。The discipline of health management has not formed a relatively complete academic education system in our country.There is a big contradiction between the increasing demand for health management and the lag in the construction of health management disciplines.How to promote the development and construction of health management disciplines and how to improve the core competitiveness of health management disciplines are important topics that need to be carefully discussed.This article discusses several aspects such as strengthening the construction of the teaching staff,promoting the development of scientific research innovation,establishing a talent training mechanism,and enhancing the construction of a demonstration base for health management.
