摘  要:在当前存量时代老城区宜居性更新诉求下,健康导向的街区治理和更新成为业界和学界的研究热点,已有研究对街区尺度下建成环境要素与居民健康之间的耦合关系及内在机制研究相对缺乏。本研究以天津市和平区三个老城街区为例,针对肥胖和超重的健康问题,建立以建成环境空间要素为自变量、以居民BMI指数为因变量的地理加权回归建立模型,探究二者关系。研究发现,控制居民基本属性后,提高街区小型公共活动场所的可达性、并保持城市土地利用的适度混合和紧凑性、适当提升街道品质、增加慢性道路密度对降低肥胖风险具有可能性。研究通过在街区内部尺度上量化分析了居民BMI指数与建成环境要素间的关系,这一结论是其他尺度相关研究的有效补充,以期因地制宜地为未来街区更新和治理提供借鉴和支撑。Under the demand of livability renewal in the current stock era,health-oriented block governance and renewal has become a research hotspot in the industry and academia.The relationship between urban built environment and residents’health is one of the research hotspot in urban planning aera,but the built environment elements within the block scale that affect residents’health and the coupling relationship between them still need to be further verified.This research with three old city blocks of tianjin heping district as an example,according to the health problems of obesity and overweight establish a built environment space elements as the independent variables,the residents’BMI as the dependent variable of geographically weighted regression model,to explore the relationship between the two,the study found that control after residents basic properties,improve the small block accessibility of public space,maintain moderate mix and compact degrees of land use,appropriate to improve the quality of the street,and increasing chronic road density have possibility to reduce the risk of obesity.This study quantified the relationship between residents’BMI and built environment factors on the internal scale of the block,which is an effective supplement to other relevant scale studies,so as to provide reference and support for future block renewal and governance according to local conditions.
