摘　　要：以相关新闻为原始资料,运用扎根理论进行编码,得到“互联网+健康医疗”这一概念所囊括的具体内容,并逐步概括出初始范畴、主范畴及核心范畴。在此基础上,发现互联网企业与医药企业协同合作是“互联网+健康医疗”体系的核心,而相关信息技术的发展与技术综合运用的创新背景是该体系的基础,同时相关的法规政策与运营支持也是不可或缺的。从理论层面出发研究“互联网+健康医疗”时,可以探讨和关注的方向既可以是各子模块本身,也可以是各子模块之间的关系。The related news are used as original materials,and the grounded theory is applied to encode them.The specific contents of the concept of“Internet+health care”are obtained,and the initial category,main category and core category are summarized step by step.On the basis of that,it is found that the collaborative cooperation between Internet enterprises and pharmaceutical enterprises is the core of“Internet+health care”system,the development of relevant information technology and innovation background of comprehensive application of technology are the foundation of the system,and it is also inseparable from relevant legal regulations and policies and operational support.When studying“Internet+health care”from theoretical dimension,not only each sub-module itself,but also the relationship between them can be discussed and focused.
