摘 要:酒自诞生以来经不断发展已经有上千年的历史,它不仅是餐饮文化中重要的组成部分,更是人类文明进步的见证和部分缩影。中国作为世界上最早发现酒的国度之一,酒的历史悠久绵长。而在邻国日本,酒的起源更是与中国有着密不可分的联系。从中日两国酒的起源切入,继而就两国饮酒方式呈现的各具特色的饮酒文化的差异展开对比分析,以进一步促进两国酒文化的发展和相互交流。Wine has been developed for thousands of years since its emergence.It is not only an important part of diet culture,but also a witness and a part of miniature of human civilization.As one of the earliest countries to discover wine in the world,China has a long history of wine.While in neighboring Japan,the origin of wine is closely related to China.This paper starts from the origin of wine between China and Japan,and then makes a comparative analysis on the differences of drinking cultures between the two countries,so as to further promote the development and mutual exchange of wine culture between China and Japan.
