摘　　要：针对ZDY2-1000LF型煤矿双臂钻机前顶装置工业性试验过程中出现的问题,设计了一种坑道钻机用多功能前顶装置。前顶装置集夹持与扶正功能为一体,整体结构设计合理,操作灵活、安全系数高。工作过程中,前顶装置内的夹持机构和扶正机构可移动,形成两级扶正,工艺适应性强,钻孔精度高。Aiming at the problems of the front top device of the ZDY2-1000LF coal mine drilling rig with twin boom in the industrial test, a multifunctional front top device for tunnel drilling rigs was designed. The front top device integrates the clamping and centralizing functions, which has reasonable overall structure design, flexible operation and high safety factor. During the working process, the clamping mechanism and the centralizing mechanism of the front top device can be moved to form a two-level centralization, which can offer strong process adaptability and high drilling accuracy.
