摘 要:目的:观察百强固位纤维在外伤性脱位前牙固定中的疗效,并进行相关影响因素分析。方法:选取前牙外伤患者60例,共84颗患牙,随机分为两组:A组采用百强固位纤维联合光固化流动树脂牙弓夹板固定,B组采用常规钢丝唇弓联合树脂牙弓夹板固定。观察两组患牙治疗效果,并对相关影响因素进行分析。通过牙龈指数(gingival index,GI)和龈沟出血指数(gingival sulcus bleeding index,SBI)评价不同固定方法对牙龈组织的影响。结果:术后6个月,A组治疗成功率(92.9%)显著高于B组(76.2%)(P<0.05)。患者年龄、患牙松动度、松动时间和固定材料是影响百强固位纤维在外伤性脱位前牙固定中疗效的相关影响因素。术后4周,两组之间GI和SBI差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后6个月,两组之间GI差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),SBI差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:百强固位纤维应用于外伤性脱位前牙的固定受患者年龄、患牙松动度、松动时间和固定材料相关因素影响。其对牙龈组织影响小,效果优于传统钢丝唇弓固定法。Objective:To observe the clinical effects of BIOSPLINT in stabilizing the luxation anterior teeth after trauma and analyze the relevant influencing factors.Methods:Eighty-four luxation anterior teeth of 60 patients after trauma were randomly divided into two groups,patients in treatment group were treated with BIOSPLINT and in control group with a combination of composite resin and stainless steel wire.The clinical effects and relevant influencing factors were observed.Gingival index(GI)and gingival sulcus bleeding index(SBI)were used to evaluate the effects of different fixation methods on gingival tissue.Results:The expulsion rate of the control group was significantly higher than that of the experiment group(P<0.05).After 6 months,the success rates of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Age,tooth mobility,loosening time and materials used for fixation were the influencing factors in the fixation of traumatic luxation anterior teeth.There was no significant difference of GI and SBI scores at 4 weeks,and GI scores at 6 months between two groups(P>0.05).SBI scores of control group were significantly higher than the experiment group at 6 months(P<0.05).Conclusion:Age,tooth mobility,loosening time and materials used for fixation are the influencing factors in the fixation of traumatic luxation anterior teeth.BIOSPLINT has less influence on gingival tissue and was more effective than traditional stainless steel wire in luxation teeth stabilization after trauma.
