后疫情时代福建民营企业发展的融资支持体系建设研究

摘　　要：民营企业是福建省经济快速发展的主力军,其主体以中小型企业为主,数量众多。民营企业资金需求量大、周转期较长,但金融机构的融资待遇却远不如国企,长期面临融资难、融资贵的困境,特别是在新冦疫情影响下,问题尤为突出。鉴于新冠疫情对福建民营企业的影响,对其融资支持应采取市场化与行政化兼容并蓄的形式,一方面大胆创新,从金融主体的内部进行改革,创新融资的制度和工具,通过市场化的竞争营造外部融资环境。另一方面在政策上通过政府的扶持和引导,坚持用发展的办法解决前进中的问题,改变民营企业在融资中的弱势地位。Private enterprises are the main force in the rapid economic development of Fujian Province,and most of them are mainly small and medium-sized enterprises in large number.Private enterprises have a large demand for funds and a long turnover period,but they are far inferior to state-owned enterprises in financing from financial institutions and often have difficulties in financing.These problems are particularly prominent under the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic.In view of the impact of the Pandemic on private enterprises in Fujian Province,marketization and administration should be both adopted in offering financial support to them.On the one hand,bold innovation should be done to reform from within the financial body by innovating financing systems and tools and creating a good external financing environment through market competition.On the other hand,government should reinforce support and policies to solve the problems with development and change the weak position of private enterprises in financing.
