摘　　要：新时代,高校党建工作创新和科学化发展,对办好我国高等教育具有重要意义。其中,破解高校党务工作者“双肩挑”变成“一头沉”难题,有助于提升党建队伍的活力、战斗力和凝聚力。从科学认识高校党务工作者“双肩挑”模式;建设高水平的专职党务工作者队伍;提升兼职党务工作者专业化水平三个层面的思考,以破解高校党务工作者建设这一难题。In the new era,the innovation and scientific development of party building in universities is of great significance for China's higher education.In the process,solving the problem that“double-duty”college party workers often overemphasize one of their dual duties will help improve the vitality,combat effectiveness,and cohesion of the party building team.To resolve the problem,some strategies were put forward from 3 perspectives of scientific understanding of the“double-duty”model of college party workers;building a high-level team of full-time party workers;and improving the professional level of part-time party workers in universities.
