村民自治背景下民族地区女村干部素质状况调查研究

摘　　要：通过对来自云南省101个村的女村干部的问卷调查和深入访谈,了解到当前云南省女村干部队伍政治素质好、服务意识强,群众基础好。在素质建设方面仍存在受教育程度和综合素质能力偏低,依法行政能力和驾驭市场经济能力弱,缺乏创新精神和应对突发事件能力等的不足;为此提出选好聘优、健全各项制度建设、加强教育培训和农村信息化建设的相关建议和意见。Through questionnaire survey and interviews with female village cadres coming from 101 villages in Yunnan province.The results show that female village cadres have good political quality,strong sense of service and good mass base.But there have some drawbacks,such as education level and comprehensive ability are still low.The ability of administration according to law and market economy are weak,lack of innovation spirit and ability to respond to emergencies and other issues.Based on these reasons,put forward some suggestions on how to choose cadres,improve the system construction,improve the education and the rural information construction.
