农林高校旅游管理专业人才培养现状、困境与发展思考

摘　　要：基于对全国32所农林高校旅游管理专业现状描述,认为农林高校旅游管理专业的现实困境有培养目标趋同从众、农林特色课程少、学科地位弱、边缘化严重、市场火爆专业遇冷并存。提出建议:依托农林优势资源,坚持“有小异”;优化专业方向课程,凸显农林特色;落实导师制,精细化人才培养。研究结论对于农林高校提升旅游管理专业办学质量与特色具有借鉴价值。Based on the current situation of tourism management major in 32 typical agricultural and forestry universities in China,the thesis points out that there are some problems in reality,such as the same training goal,few distinctive courses of agriculture and forestry,weak and marginal position of the subject,existing market-oriented and popular major,and puts forward:we should stick to“minor differences and similarities”relying on the superior resources of agriculture and forestry;set up the professional direction reasonably and reserve features;carry out the whole tutorial system of undergraduate students so as to refine the training of talents.The conclusion of this thesis can be of great significance to agricultural and forestry universities to improve the quality and characteristics of tourism management major.
