中医规范化培训住院医师归属感的调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解首都医科大学附属北京中医医院住院医师规范化培训人员的归属感情况,为提高规培质量提供参考。方法首都医科大学附属北京中医医院93名规培人员为本次调查对象,采用微信自愿填报调查问卷形式。结果归属感会影响规培期间的学习积极性,归属感中价值感占了主导作用;医院文化对归属感有影响,文化影响的三大要素分别为医院文化、临床科室文化、带教老师个人;归属感跟带教老师有关系,其中跟带教老师的带教意识关系最大。结论建立科学有效的管理层级,通过文化提高规培人员的归属感,加强带教老师的队伍建设,提高带教意识。Objective To understand the sense of belonging of resident doctors in Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University,and to provide reference for improving the quality of regulation training.Methods 93 staff of Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Capital Medical University were investigated in the form of WeChat voluntary questionnaire.Results The sense of belonging will affect the learning enthusiasm during the period of regulation cultivation,and the sense of value plays a leading role in the sense of belonging,and the hospital culture has an influence on the sense of belonging,and the three elements of the cultural influence are the hospital culture,the clinical department culture,and the individual teacher.The sense of belonging is related to the teacher,among which the sense of teaching is the most important.Conclusion To establish a scientific and effective management level,to improve the sense of belonging of the staff through culture,to strengthen the team building of teachers,and to improve the awareness of teaching.
