摘  要:目的分析医学模拟教学在高职护理实践教学中的应用效果。方法选取学校高职护理二年级两个班级学生各50名作为研究对象。根据教学方法的不同分为观察组(采用医学模拟教学法)和对照组(采取常规实践教学法)。比较两组高职护生的最终考核成绩以及两组对实践教学活动评价的差异。结果观察组与对照组的理论成绩分别为(88.9±5.6)分和(82.6±4.1)分,操作成绩分别为(86.5±5.2)分和(80.2±3.9)分,观察组考核成绩优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组对实践教学活动评价分别为92.0%和74.0%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医学模拟教学可以提升学生综合能力,提高护理实践教学质量,学生对医学模拟教学满意。Objective To analyze the application effect of medical simulation teaching in higher vocational nursing practice teaching.Methods 50 students from two classes of nursing sophomores in higher vocational colleges were selected as the object of study.According to the different teaching methods,the patients were divided into observation group(using medical simulation teaching method)and control group(adopting conventional practical teaching method).The final examination scores of the two groups of higher vocational nursing students and the differences in the evaluation of practical teaching activities between the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical scores of the observation group and the control group were(88.9±5.6)and(82.6±4.1)respectively,and the operation scores were(86.5±5.2)and(80.2±3.9)respectively.The examination performance of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The evaluation of practical teaching activities in the observation group and the control group was 92.0% and 74.0% respectively,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical simulation teaching can significantly improve students'comprehensive ability and improve the quality of nursing practice teaching.Students are satisfied with medical simulation teaching.
