摘　　要：随着乡村振兴战略的提出,农村电子商务飞速发展,因此需要大量的县域电商信息化人才。针对县域电商人才需求的特点,基于当前高校电商信息化人才培养过程中存在的问题,同时结合教学实践,对人才培养定位、人才培养模式、课程体系、实践能力、教师培养等方面进行了改革,并在县域电商信息化人才培养过程中收效显著。With the strategy of the rural revitalization,the county e-commerce develop quickly,so a large number of county e-commerce information talents are needed.In accordance with the characteristics of the demand for county e-commerce talents,the paper is based on the problems existing in their current training process in the universities. Combined with the teaching practice, the reform consistso f the o r ientat ion of talent cult ivat i o n , talent training mode, course system, p r act icala b i l i t y and t h e t r a i n i n g o f t e a c h e r s . Now, t h e s e reforms have achieved remarkableeffects in the process of the cultivation of the county e-commerce information talents.
