摘  要:单级四开关三相Buck-Boost逆变器是一种能够在较大直流输入电压范围内工作的新型拓扑结构,除了升压/降压能力外,该拓扑还具有实现DC-AC转换的功能。此外,与传统的四开关三相逆变器相比,该新型拓扑结构获得的输出电压正弦性良好,且不需要任何输出滤波器。新型拓扑结构使用较少的开关器件、电感和电容,从而降低了成本和尺寸。将滑模控制与神经元PID控制分别应用于所提四开关三相Buck-Boost逆变器,对比研究结果表明,神经元PID控制比滑模控制更能够消除初始误差,使系统在初始时刻达到稳态值,因此,输出电压超调很小,到达稳态值时间短。数学分析结果说明了该拓扑的工作原理,并用MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真软件和样机试验对其输出结果进行了验证。Single-stage four-switch three-phase(FSTP)Buck-boost inverter was presented as a new topology able to operate within a high range of DC input voltage.The topology was characterized by its ability to achieve DC-AC conversion in addition to voltage Buck/Boost capability.Furthermore,the obtained output voltage is sinusoidal,without any need of output filter,in comparison with the conventional FSTP inverter.Unlike its precedence,the presented topology employs fewer number of switching devices,inductors,and capacitors,resulting in a reduced cost and size.The traditional sliding mode control and nonlinear sliding mode control were applied to the proposed FSTP Buck-Boost inverter.Compared with the sliding mode control,the neuron PID control strategy can eliminate the initial error and make the initial time of the system reach the steady value.Therefore,the output voltage overshoot is very small and the time to reach the steady value is short.The operation principles of the proposed topology are illustrated with mathematical analysis,while output results with MATLAB/SIMULINK and prototype test are illustrated to verify the topology features.
