提高高校思想政治理论课堂出勤率的有效策略探析

摘　　要：高校思想政治理论课承担着对大学生进行马克思主义系统化教学的任务,是对学生进行思想政治教育的主渠道。但是,高校思政课堂出勤率低的现象十分普遍,长此以往可能会对学生、教师及教学产生不良影响。造成此现象的原因包含多个方面:学生自身缺乏自主成长的心理和自我管理的能力、对思政课认识不足或群体文化的影响等,课堂因素包括内容枯燥、缺乏互动性等,以及外界因素,如娱乐方式的增多、学生兼职或考研的影响等,需要高校和学生共同改进,如激发学生兴趣、改进教学方式、增加学风建设等等,努力提高高校思政课堂的出勤率。The ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities undertakes the task of systematic teaching of Marxism to college students,which is the main channel of ideological and political education for students.The smooth progress of teaching needs the active participation of students.However,the phenomenon of attendance rate of ideological and political class in colleges and universities is very common,which may have adverse effects on students,teachers and teaching in the long run.The reasons for this phenomenon include many aspects:students themselves lack self-development psychology and self-management ability,and lack understanding of ideological and political courses or the influence of group culture;classroom factors include dull content,lack of interaction,and external factors,such as the increase of entertainment methods,the influence of students'part-time job or postgraduate entrance examination,etc..It needs to be improved jointly by colleges and students,in order to improve the attendance rate of ideological and political class in colleges and universities,the interest of students,the improvement of teaching methods,the construction of study atmosphere and so on.
