胃食管反流病联合应用艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片与健胃愈疡片的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的胃食管反流病联合应用艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片与健胃愈疡片的疗效观察。方法以该院2019年1月—2020年1月期间收治的100例胃食管反流病患者展开研究分析,根据随机双盲法与50例单组区间条件分别划为对照组、观察组。对照组给予艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗,观察组基于对照组另行健胃愈疡片治疗。比对分析两组患者治疗前后血清5-HT、CGRP、临床疗效以及随访3个月后的效果。结果治疗后观察组患者的血清5-HT(48.16±33.07)ng/mL、CGRP(1.59±1.26)pg/mL水平均低于对照组的(62.27±33.36)ng/mL、(2.28±1.51)pg/mL,差异有统计学意义(t=2.124、2.481,P<0.05);观察组的临床治疗有效率94.00%、固体食物吞咽90.00%的成功率高于对照组的78.00%、62.00%,观察组2.00%的复发率、4.00%的不良反应率均低于对照组的16.00%、18.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.316、10.746、5.983、5.005,P<0.05)。结论胃食管反流病患者临床联合给予艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片与健胃愈疡片,可以有效抑制患者胃酸,改善胃肠功能,对病症有更好的纠正效果,且治疗安全性较高,患者复发风险较小。Objective To observe the efficacy of combined application of esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets and Jianweiyuyang tablets for gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods 100 cases of gastroesophageal reflux disease patients admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were used for research and analysis.According to the random double-blind method and 50 single-group interval conditions,they were divided into the control group and the observation group;the control group was treated with esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets,and the observation group was treated with Jianweiyuyang tablets based on the control group.The serum 5-HT,CGRP,clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment were compared and the effect followed up for 3 months.Results After treatment,the serum 5-HT(48.16±33.07)ng/mL and CGRP(1.59±1.26)pg/mL levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(62.27±33.36)ng/mL,(2.28±1.51)pg/mL,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(t=2.124,2.481,P<0.05);94.00% of the clinical treatment efficiency in the observation group and 90.00% success rate of solid food swallowing were higher than those of the control group 78.00% and 62.00%.The observation group of the recurrence rate of 2.00% and the adverse reaction rate of 4.00% were lower than those of the control group of 16.00% and 18.00%.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.316,10.746,5.983,5.005,P<0.05).Conclusion Combined clinical administration of esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets and Jianweiyuyang tablets for patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease can effectively inhibit gastric acid,improve gastrointestinal function,and have a better corrective effect on the symptoms,and treatment safety is high,the risk of recurrence of patients is small.
