摘 要:目的探究小儿氨基酸联合脂肪乳在新生儿肺炎中的应用效果以及对炎症因子的影响。方法以2017年8月—2019年8月该院收治的新生儿肺炎患儿108例为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组54例。对两组患儿均采用常规治疗方案,观察组患儿增加小儿氨基酸联合脂肪乳辅助治疗,观察对比两组患儿治疗效果、炎症因子变化情况以及并发症发生率情况。结果观察组患者治疗后显效比例(81.48%)高于对照组(64.81%),且治疗总有效率(98.15%)高与对照组(83.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后NF-κB水平(32.42±2.29)和IL-6水平(79.25±11.39)pg/mL优于对照组患儿NF-κB水平(43.51±2.61)和IL-6水平(94.12±12.42)pg/mL,差异有统计学意义(t=7.451、5.412,P<0.001);观察组患儿发生皮疹(1例)、腹泻(0例)、恶心(0例)例数均低于对照组,且不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.484,P=0.039)。结论小儿氨基酸联合脂肪乳在新生儿肺炎治疗中应用能有效提高治疗效果,缓解炎症反应并降低不良反应发生率,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of pediatric amino acid combined with fat emulsion in neonatal pneumonia and its influence on inflammatory factors.Methods 108 cases of neonatal pneumonia admitted to the hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were taken as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group using random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The two groups of children were treated with conventional treatment programs.The observation group added pediatric amino acids combined with lipoemulsion adjuvant therapy.The treatment effects,changes in inflammatory factors,and the incidence of complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The markedly effective ratio(81.48%)of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(64.81%),and the total effective rate(98.15%)was higher than that of the control group(83.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the NF-κB levels(32.42±2.29)and IL-6 levels(79.25±11.39)pg/mL of children in the observation group were better than those of the control group(43.51±2.61)and IL-6 levels(94.12±12.42)pg/mL,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.451,5.412,P<0.001);the number of rashes(1 case),diarrhea(0 cases),and nausea(0 cases)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.484,P=0.039).Conclusion The application of pediatric amino acid combined with fat emulsion in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,relieve inflammation and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of promotion.
