摘 要:目的研究程序教学模式在血液净化临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法于2019年1—12月对该院血液净化室接收的临床护理实习生60名作为研究对象,其中30名设为对照组接受常规带教教学,30名设为观察组接受程序教学模式,比较两组带教效果。结果观察组护生理论成绩(95.2±2.3)分、操作成绩(96.1±2.1)分均优于对照组(84.6±2.7)分、(81.9±2.8)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生对护理带教满意度93.3%高于对照组73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论程序教学模式在血液净化临床护理带教工作中应用效果理想,不仅能提高实习护生的理论成绩与操作成绩,而且明显提高了实习生对带教教学模式的满意度。Objective To study the application effect of program teaching mode in blood purification clinical nursing teaching.Methods Sixty clinical nursing interns received from the blood purification room of the hospital were used as the research objects.Among them,30 were set as the control group to receive routine teaching and 30 were set as the observation group to receive the program teaching mode,and the effects of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group's theoretical score(95.2±2.3)points and operation score(96.1±2.1)points were better than those of the control group(84.6±2.7)points and(81.9±2.8)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);93.3%of the nursing students in the observation group were more satisfied with nursing instruction than 73.3%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The program teaching model has an ideal application effect in the blood purification clinical nursing teaching work.It can not only provide the theoretical and operational results of the interns,but also significantly improve the interns'satisfaction with the teaching teaching mode.
