整合医学背景下纵向整合式见习模式在提高心血管内科见习效果中的作用

摘　　要：目的分析整合医学背景下纵向整合式见习模式在提高心血管内科见习效果中的作用。方法选择齐齐哈尔医学院附属第一医院2016级临床医学系的学生198名为研究对象。随机分别两组,分别于心内一科,心内二科进行课间见习,该项研究将进入心内一科的100名学生入选为观察组,使用纵向整合式见习模式带教,将进入心内二科的98名学生入选为对照组,采用传统的教学方法进行见习带教,比较两组见习生见习成绩、期末成绩。结果观察组见习生期末考试成绩比对照组高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组见习生见习成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对心血管内科见习生实施基于“整合医学”背景的纵向整合式见习法,对提升见习生考试成绩具有重要意义。Objective To analyze the role of longitudinally integrated probation model in improving the effect of cardiovascular medical probation under the background of integrated medicine.Methods 198 students from the Department of Clinical Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,respectively,in the first cardiology department and the second cardiology department for inter-class probation.In the study,100 students who entered the first cardiology department were selected as the observation group,using the vertical integrated probation model teaching,98 students who entered the second cardiology department were selected as the control group,using traditional teaching methods to teach internship,and compare the internship results and final results of the two groups of trainees.Results The final exam scores of the trainees in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the trainees in the observation group had higher performances than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of a longitudinally integrated trainee method based on the background of"integrated medicine"for trainees of cardiovascular medicine is of great significance to improve the test scores of trainees.
