摘  要:目的建立门诊护士岗位管理绩效考核方法,并评价其效果。方法以关键绩效指标法为指导,构建门诊护士绩效考核体系,并进行实际应用与评价。结果门诊护士工作积极性得到提高,门诊患者满意度明显改善,采血室例均护理耗材支出得以降低。结论优化门诊护士绩效考核体系有助于改善患者就医体验、稳控成本支出、提升护理工作效率。Objective To establish an evaluation method for the post management performance of outpatient nurses and evaluate its effect.Methods Guided by the key performance index method,the outpatient nurses'performance evaluation system was constructed,and practical application and evaluation were carried out.Results The work enthusiasm of outpatient nurses was improved,the satisfaction of outpatients was significantly improved,and the average cost of nursing consumables in the blood collection room was reduced.Conclusion Optimizing the performance appraisal system of outpatient nurses can help improve patients'medical experience,stabilize cost control,and improve nursing efficiency.
