摘　　要：目的分析在晚期中心型肺癌患者的治疗过程中使用电子支气管镜介入冷冻疗法的治疗效果。方法在该院2019年4月—2020年4月收治的晚期中心型肺癌患者中方便选择102例作为研究对象,以患者的入院时间为依据将研究对象均分为对照组和观察组,每组51例。对照组给予患者全身化疗治疗,观察组患者使用电子支气管镜介入冷冻疗法,对两组患者的肺功能指标和治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组患者的肺功能指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗有效率94.12%高于对照组78.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在晚期中心型肺癌患者的治疗过程中使用电子支气管镜介入冷冻疗法的治疗效果显著,可以改善患者的各项肺功能指标。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of electronic bronchoscope interventional cryotherapy in the treatment of patients with advanced central lung cancer.Methods Among the patients with advanced central lung cancer admitted in the hospital from April 2019 to April 2020,102 cases were convenient selected as the study objects.Based on the time of admission of the patients,the study objects were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 51 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with systemic chemotherapy,and patients in the observation group were treated with electronic bronchoscope interventional cryotherapy.The lung function indexes and treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The lung function indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment effective rate of the observation group was 94.12%higher than that of the control group 78.43%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with advanced central lung cancer,the use of electronic bronchoscope interventional cryotherapy has a significant therapeutic effect,which can improve various pulmonary function indexes of patients.
