改良眼外肌定量调整术对小儿斜视的治疗作用研究

摘　　要：目的分析应用改良眼外肌定量调整术治疗小儿斜视的作用。方法从2019年3月—2020年3月因斜视而收治的患儿中随机选择100例作为实验研究对象,随机分成实验组与对照组。对照组(n=50)患儿采用传统眼外肌定量调整术治疗,实验组(n=50)患儿应用改良后眼外肌定量调整术进行治疗,对比两组患儿的治疗效果。结果接受改良后眼外肌定量调整术后,实验组术后调整率18.0%,对照组患儿术后调整率46.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.007,P<0.05);实验组术后并发症发生率4.0%,对照组患儿并发症发生率20.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.061,P<0.05)。结论改良眼外肌定量调整术对小儿斜视的治疗具有良好的作用,患儿手术治疗后发生的反应较轻,手术瘢痕较小,且患儿基本都可以接受术后表面麻醉调整,其具有较高的临床使用价值。Objective To analyze the effect of modified extraocular muscle quantitative adjustment technique in the treatment of strabismus in children.Methods From March 2019 to March 2020,100 children with strabismus were random selected as experimental research objects,and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Children in the control group(n=50)were treated with traditional extraocular muscle quantitative adjustment surgery,and the experimental group(n=50)were treated with modified extraocular muscle quantitative adjustment surgery to compare the treatment effects of the two groups.Results After the modified quantitative adjustment of extraocular muscles,the postoperative adjustment rate of the experimental group was 18.0%,and the postoperative adjustment rate of the control group was 46.0%.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.007,P<0.05);the incidence of post-complication was 4.0%,and the incidence of complications in the control group was 20.0%.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.061,P<0.05).Conclusion The modified extraocular muscle quantitative adjustment surgery has a good effect on the treatment of children with strabismus.The children have milder reactions after surgical treatment,and the surgical scars are relatively small,and the children can basically accept the adjustment of postoperative topical anesthesia,with high clinical value.
