肿瘤放化疗患者身体意象与治疗依从性关系研究

摘　　要：目的调查肿瘤放化疗患者身体意象水平以及与治疗依从性的关系,为改善患者身心健康状况提供参考依据。方法选择肿瘤放化疗患者113例作为研究对象,进行身体意象、放化疗依从性调查。结果肿瘤放化疗患者身体意象总分为(18.69±3.78)分。不同的性别、文化程度、婚姻状况、工作状态、生育情况、肿瘤部位的患者身体意象得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肿瘤放化疗患者治疗依从性总分为(12.50±1.90)分;身体意象总分与治疗依从性总分、放化疗依从性、作息依从性呈负相关性(r=-0.226、-0.189、-0.296,P<0.05)。结论肿瘤放化疗患者的身体意象水平较低,年龄、性别、文化程度、婚姻状况、工作状态、生育情况、肿瘤部位是身体意象的重要影响因素,身体意象与治疗依从性呈负相关性。Objective To investigate the correlation between the level of body image and the treatment compliance in patients with tumor chemoradiotherapy,so as to provide reference for improving patients'physical and mental health.Methods 113 patients with tumor chemoradiotherapy were selected.The general information,body image scale(BIS)and chemoradiotherapy compliance were investigated.Results The total scores of body image were 18.69±3.78.There were significant differences in the scores of gender,education level,marital status,working status,fertility,tumor location(P<0.05).The total score of treatment compliance was 12.50±1.90.The total score of body image was negatively correlated with the total score of treatment compliance,the compliance of chemoradiotherapy and the compliance of rest(r=-0.226,-0.189,-0.296,P<0.05).Conclusion The level of body image of patients with tumor chemoradiotherapy is low.Age,sex,education level,marital status,working status,fertility and tumor location are the important influencing factors of body image.There is a negative correlation between body image and treatment compliance.
