宁夏地区40岁以上健康人群幽门螺旋杆菌感染现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解宁夏地区健康人群幽门螺旋杆菌感染(Hp)感染状况,为Hp相关疾病的预防及治疗提供依据。方法从宁夏地区共选取6010例健康人作为研究对象,采用荧光免疫层析法检测Hp抗体,比较不同年龄段、性别及地区的Hp感染差异。结果选取的6010例健康人中,Hp的感染率为50.38%;根据年龄不同分为40~49岁、50~59岁、60~69岁,70~79岁4个组,Hp感染率依次为48.75%、52.66%、48.99%、43.62%,各年龄组感染率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);6010名健康人中,男性感染率为50.04%,女性感染率为50.74%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。40~49岁组男性Hp感染率明显高于女性(P<0.05);宁夏地区5个市的Hp感染率从高到低依次为固原市、银川市、中卫市、石嘴山市、吴忠市,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宁夏地区健康人群中Hp感染率较高,其中50~59岁人群中Hp感染率最高,不同地区Hp感染率不同。Objective To investigate the infection status of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)among healthy people in Ningxia and provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of the Hp related diseases.Methods 6010 healthy cases in Ningxia were selected to detect Hp antibody by Fluorescence immunochromatography,and the differences of Hp infection in different age,gender and region were compared.Results The positive rate of Hp infection was 50.38%.6010 healthy cases were divided into four groups according to their ages:40~49 years old,50~59 years old,60-69 years old,70~79 years old.The infection rates of Hp were 48.75%,52.66%,48.99%and 43.62%respectively.The highest infection rate was found in the age of 50~59,and the lowest infection rate was in the age of 70~79,there was significant difference(P<0.05).The positive rate of male infection was 50.04%,and the positive rate of female infection was 50.74%,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The positive rate of male Hp infection in 40~49 years old was significantly higher than that of female(P<0.05).The infection rate of HP in the five cities of Ningxia from high to low were Guyuan,Yinchuan,Zhongwei,Shizuishan and Wuzhong,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The infection rate of Hp in Ningxia is higher,the infection rate of Hp is highest in the aged of 50~59 years..
