摘  要:针对甜菜制糊中人工喂料操作复杂、集糊器托盘脱落和设备清理困难等问题,应用TRIZ理论的ARIZ算法、物—场分析方法和发明原理,快速准确地得到了解决问题的方案,克服了思维惯性,提高了解决这些技术问题的效率。实际应用效果表明,甜菜制糊技术得到了改善,甜菜品质检测效率和准确性得到了显著提高。In order to solve the problems of the complexity of manual feeding operation,falling of paste saving tray and the difficulty of cleaning equipment during beet paste making,the ARIZ algorithm of TRIZ theory,the method of material-field analysis and the principle of invention are applied to get solutions quickly and accurately.Moreover,these solutions overcome the inertia of thinking,and improve the efficiency of solving these technical problems.The practical application results show that the existing beet paste technology has been improved.In addition,the efficiency and accuracy of sugar beet quality detection have been significantly improved.
