社会心理服务体系构建对空巢老人心理健康的影响研究

摘　　要：目的评估空巢老人心理健康水平,探讨构建社会心理服务体系对空巢老人心理健康的影响。方法以惠州市惠城区A社区100例空巢老人为干预组,同期选择惠州市惠城区B社区100名的老年人为对照组。对干预组进行为期一年的社会心理服务干预,对照组不做干预处理。比较干预前后两组老人《老年心理健康量表(城市版)》评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMA)评分及水平。结果干预前,干预组和对照组《老年心理健康量表(城市版)》评分、HAMD及HAMA评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。一年后,对照组各评分量表评分无明显变化(196.34±19.98和12.38±2.73、17.32±4.99),而干预组《老年心理健康量表(城市版)》评分(207.42±21.73)显著上升,HAMD及HAMA评分(9.43±2.25和14.26±4.71)显著下降(P<0.05)。结论社会心理服务体系可显著提高空巢老人心理健康水平,值得进一步推广开展。Objective To evaluate the mental health level of empty-nested elderly,and to explore the influence of constructing social psychological service system on mental health of empty-nested elderly.Methods A total of 100 empty-nested elderly in Huizhou district A of Huizhou city were selected as the intervention group.100 elderly persons in Huizhou district B of Huizhou city were selected as the control group.One-year social and psychological ser-vice intervention was conducted in the intervention group,and the control group did not receive intervention.Before and after the intervention,the elderly mental health scale(urban version)score,HAMD and HAMA score were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in the scores of the Mental Health Scale for the Aged(Urban Edition),HAMD,and HAMA scores between the intervention group and the control group(P>0.05).After 1 year,there was no significant change(196.34±19.98,12.38±2.73,17.32±4.99)in the control group.In the intervention group,the scores of mental health scale for elderly(urban edition)(207.42±21.73)increased significantly,while the scores of HAMD and HAMA(9.43±2.25,14.26±4.71)decreased significantly.Conclusion The psychosocial service system can significantly improve the mental health of empty-nested elderly and it is worth further development.
