中日青少年网球运动差异化发展现状探析

摘　　要：在剖析中日青少年网球运动差异化发展现状的基础上,得出我国青少年网球运动存在的主要问题:在组织管理、训练体系、竞赛体系的建设上不够健全;经费投入不足;校园网球工作进展缓慢。推动我国青少年网球运动健康发展的路径为:积极开展校园网球工作,拓展后备人才培养路径;加强体教结合;完善青少年网球比赛制度和积分排名系统;推广网球运动,规范网球市场。Through the methods of literature review and expert interview,this paper analyzes the current situation of differentiated development of junior tennis between China and Japan,and finds out the similarities and differences.The research shows that:the development of junior tennis in China is not perfect in the organization and management,training system and competition system;the investment is insufficient;the progress of campus tennis is slow.In this regard,we should actively carry out the campus tennis work,expand the training path of reserve talents;strengthen the combination of sports and education;improve the youth tennis competition system and score ranking system;promote tennis,standardize the tennis market and so on.
