摘　　要：2020年以来,党中央确立了从战略高度构建经济发展新格局的理论:形成以国内循环发展为主体、国内外双循环相互促进的大发展格局。构建新的发展模式是我国保持可持续发展、与时俱进、提高经济发展水平的战略选择,也是塑造我国国际经济合作与竞争新优势的战略选择。这是中央根据国内外形势变化,结合建设社会主义现代化伟大国家的奋斗目标提出的重大发展战略。这对于中国未来高质量的经济发展、高水平的市场体系建设和高水平的对外开放具有根本性的指导意义。Since 2020,the CPC Central Committee has established the theory of building a new pattern of economic development from a strategic height:to form a large pattern of development with domestic circular development as the main body and domestic and foreign double cycles mutually reinforcing.Constructing a new development mode is a strategic choice for China to maintain sustainable development,keep pace with the times and improve the level of economic development.It is also a strategic choice for China to create new advantages in international economic cooperation and competition.This is a major development strategy put forward by the Central Committee in light of the changing situation at home and abroad and the goal of building a great modern socialist country.This is of fundamental guiding significance for China's future high quality economic development,high level market system construction and high level opening up.
