书院制视角下高校思想政治教育实践与探索

摘　　要：高校书院制是大学生思想政治教育有效的人才培养模式。该文通过阐述书院制育人模式在拓宽思想政治教育路径、实现“三全育人”、丰富校园文化内涵等方面的现实意义,以汕头大学住宿书院的学生思想政治教育实践工作为例,探讨大学生思想政治教育培养新模式,提出书院矩阵式团队架构、软硬件双层保障体系和心理健康教育实时监管系统的思政育人机制。The academy system is an effective talent training model for college students’ideological and political education.This paper explains the practical significance of the academy system in broadening the path of ideological and political education,realizing the three-dimensional comprehensive education,and enriching the connotation of campus culture.Taking the practical work of students’ideological and political education in the dormitory academy of Shantou University as an example,this paper explores the new training mode of college students’ideological and political education,and proposes the ideological and political education mechanism of the matrix team structure of the academy,the hardware and software double-layer guarantee system,and the real-time supervision system of mental health education.
