浅谈新形势下高校学生会组织体系建设

摘　　要：学生会组织是在学校党委领导下、团委具体指导下开展工作的主要学生组织,是学校联系广大学生的桥梁和纽带,在思想政治引领、服务全体学生、维护学生合法权益、促进学生成长成才等方面肩负着重要的工作使命、发挥着重要的作用,但在发展过程中也存在不少问题。秉承以学生为中心的理念,精准把握学生会组织的定位和职能,深入理解服务型、学习型、创新型学生会组织内涵,对整体推进政治建设、组织建设、制度建设、文化建设、作风建设有着十分重要的现实意义。The student union is a major student organization working under the leadership of the university Party Committee and the specific guidance of the Youth League Committee.It is the bridge and link between the university and the students.It shoulders an important mission and plays an important role in ideological and political guidance,serving students,safeguarding legitimate rights and interests of students,and promoting students’growth and development.However,there are still many problems in its process of development.Adhering to the student-centered concept,accurately grasping the positioning and functions of the student union organization,and deeply understanding the connotation of service-oriented,learning-oriented and innovative student union organization,it is of great practical significance to the overall promotion of political construction,organizational construction,system construction,cultural construction,and work style construction.
