摘  要:利用有限元仿真技术研究了半圆、椭圆及关节3种芯杆结构对薄壁铜管弯曲成形质量的影响,基于上述3种芯杆结构,采用ABAQUS显示算法对U管成形过程进行数值模拟,并加以试验验证。结果表明:半圆芯杆可有效降低管材的壁厚减薄率,椭圆芯杆有助于改善铜管弯曲处的截面形状,关节芯杆综合了两者的优势,且伸出范围为1.5~2 mm。The influence of three core bar structures that with semicircle,ellipse and joint on the forming quality of thin-walled copper pipe was studied by using finite element simulation technolo⁃gy.Based on the three core bar structures,the forming process of U-pipe was numerically simulat⁃ed by using ABAQUS display algorithm and the result was verified by experiments.The results showed that the core bar with round head could effectively reduce the wall thinning rate of the pipe,elliptical core bar was helpful to improve the section shape of copper pipe bending,and the joint core bar combined the advantages of the above two,and the extension range was 1.5~2 mm.
