摘 要:通过对客车边顶板的结构和成形工艺进行分析,确定了冲压工艺方案。采用有限元分析软件DynaForm计算得到制件的展开尺寸,由此设计了1副边顶板复合成形模,并对复合模的工作原理和设计要点进行了介绍。实际生产表明,模具结构合理、动作可靠、制件成形质量稳定、生产效率高,可为同类制件的成形模具设计提供参考。Through the analysis of the structure and forming process of the side roof panel on the passenger car,the stamping process scheme was determined.DynaForm software was used to cal⁃culate the unfolded size of the part,and a compound forming die for side roof panel was designed,and the working principle and key points of design for the compound die were introduced.The ac⁃tual production showed that the die structure was reasonable,the action was reliable,the forming quality of the parts was stable,and the production efficiency was high,which could provide refer⁃ences for the design of forming die for similar parts.
