摘  要:为解决传统谐波责任划分过程中对同一供电母线上用电协议容量相对较大的电力用户有失公平的问题,提出一种计及容量加权的谐波责任划分方法。首先,构建了多谐波源等效模型,分析了基于投影法的传统谐波责任划分方法及存在问题;其次,针对国家标准谐波电流限值计算方法中对电网和用户参数的考虑,提出了基于电力用户用电协议容量加权的谐波责任划分方法,建立仿真模型,分析了容量加权法和投影法的差异性,凸显了容量加权法对大容量用户谐波责任划分的公平性及与国家标准谐波评估结果的协同性;最后,基于实际配电网测试数据对本文方法进行了算例验证。In the traditional harmonic responsibility division process,to solve the problem of unfairness to power users with a relatively large protocol capacity on the same power supply bus,a harmonic responsibility division method con⁃sidering capacity weighting is proposed.First,an equivalent model of multiple harmonic sources is constructed.Based on the principle of the projection method,the traditional harmonic responsibility division method and its problems are analyzed.Second,based on the consideration of parameters of power grid and users in the calculation method for har⁃monic current limit stipulated in the Chinese standard,a harmonic responsibility division method based on capacity weighting of the power user’s protocol capacity is put forward,and a simulation model is established to analyze the dif⁃ference between the capacity weighting method and the projection method,thus highlighting the fairness of the capacity weighting method to the harmonic responsibility division for users with a large protocol capacity and the coordination with the harmonic evaluation results based on the Chinese standard.Finally,the proposed method is verified by an ex⁃ample based on the actual distribution network test data.
