摘　　要：在供给侧改革和国际贸易形势复杂化的形势下,企业的发展管理模式不再只注重粗放式增长,而是在实现较快利润增长的同时能否兼顾营运管理问题,如何提高营运资金管理更是重中之重。文章选取沪深A股制造业的相关数据,实证分析供应链稳定性与集中度对企业营运资金管理的影响,并通过供应链稳定性与集中度构造供应链议价能力指标,进一步分析企业客户的议价能力对企业供应商议价能力的传导作用。结果表明,供应链稳定性和供应链集中度均与企业的营运资金管理效率正相关;企业客户的议价能力提升时,会对供应商议价能力有正相关影响。研究结论对企业如何掌控供应链关系,提高企业营运管理效率有重要的借鉴意义。Under the situation of supply-side reform and complex international trade situation,the development management model of enterprises will no longer pay attention to extensive growth,but can improve operational management issues while achieving faster profit growth,how to improve operational fund management,which is the top priority.The article selection data related to the Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share manufacturing industry,empirical analysis of the impact of supply chain stability and centralization on the management of enterprise operating funds,and further analyzes corporate customers through supply chain stability and concentration bargaining power to the guidance of the bargaining capacity of the enterprise supplier.The results show that the supply chain stability and supply chain concentration are positively correlated with the efficiency of enterprise's operating fund management;when the negotiable capacity of corporate customers increase,it will positively impact the supplier's bargaining capacity.The study concludes how to control the supply chain relationship and improve the efficiency of enterprise operation management。
