摘　　要：随着社会经济发展,我国高等教育体系改革不断深入.高校需要加强行政管理科学建设工作,特别是加强青年行政管理人员的能够为高校改革发展带来机遇.应加强对行政管理人员的重视程度、职业认可、个性化培养,以灵活的指导思想指导青年人员的职业发展,提升职业能力.With the development of social economy,the reform of my country's higher education system has continued to deepen.Universities need to strengthen the scientific construction of administrative management,especially the strengthening of young administrators can bring opportunities for the reform and development of universities.It is necessary to strengthen the importance,professional recognition,and personalized training of administrative personnel,and guide the professional development of young personnel with flexible guiding ideologies to enhance their professional capabilities.
